BJ Singh is the President and CEO of Premier Event Technology and EVENTEQ. He was recognized by BizBash Magazine on their list of “500 Must-Know Event Pros in the U.S.” in 2020 and “Top 500 People in Events” in 2018. BJ is a serial entrepreneur with significant experience in market positioning, branding, and building customer-focused organizations. Before founding EVENTEQ, BJ was a sales and marketing executive at various software firms and eventually co-founded a software firm that was acquired in 2006. After the acquisition, BJ made his hobby into a business, and EVENTEQ was born. In 2020, BJ expanded his leadership role to oversee Premier Event Technology in addition to EVENTEQ.
With more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of video production, live events, corporate meetings, production management and technical operations, Todd has worked as a Technical Director, Project Manager, and Producer in the live events industry. He has had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of events, meetings and experiences, specializing in custom installations, large automotive dealer announcement shows and reveals along with experiential marketing consumer events. Todd’s ability to use unconventional venues and spaces creatively makes him a strong addition to the Premier leadership team.
Adam joined Premier in 1998 and has been running non-stop ever since. After graduating from the University of Florida Adam continued the quest to learn new things, having acquired a variety of certificates and vocational degrees along the way. Adam uses his extensive video engineering and account management experience to master any task and is well-known for his passion to create innovative solutions. When he is not putting his skills to the test on show site, Adam disconnects from the tech side and can often be found biking, hiking or camping with his family.
With too many years of experience to readily admit to, Mark joined Premier in 2014. An industry vet and recognized expert in the field, his expertise in television broadcast, post-production and live events quickly set Mark apart as a committed and hardworking team member. Often found sailing and racing sailboats, Mark is an avid outdoorsman and certainly takes advantage of the Michigan lake culture.
Payton began his career with Premier in 2016 and has held various roles, including Executive Assistant, Production Manager, and Accounts Manager. As Accounts Manager, Payton is committed to challenging, equipping and supporting his team to provide excellent and innovative solutions and service. He earned a B.A. in Communications from Eastern Michigan University. In his free time, he pastors at a church in Detroit and enjoys spending time with his family.
Rick Yardley has over 20 years of experience in production management and brings over a decade of senior account management experience to his role as Account Executive at Premier Event Technology. Rick has an extensive background in production management, design, proposals, program launches and maintaining client relationships. Rick has provided technical expertise and management to his clients for many high-profile shows such as the Chevy ‘Find New Roads’ product tours, GM Fleet Shows, Little Caesars Arena Opening Ceremonies, Cadillac and Buick/GMC Dealer Shows, Kenworth Truck Virtual Meeting Series, the UAW 2020 Hybrid Regional Elections, and many more.
